Despite communicating efficiently with the mortgage company, 2 days before we were supposed to close confusion arose. We had to move money around and checks had to be cut. This means that our closing got pushed back and we nearly lost our dream home, because of mistakes on the part of rocket mortgage. It was incredibly stressful and has had a lasting impact on our finances. We were also promised a lower interest rate than we ended up with. They also made mistakes in closing credits given to us by the seller and we had to ask the seller to cut us a check because of their mistake.Read MoreRead Less
