About Laurel
With nearly four decades in the mortgage lending world, I have pretty much seen it all and helped build a lot of it along the way. I have owned and operated my own mortgage company for 25 years and have spent over 40 years in the industry, holding numerous leadership roles across both loan origination and servicing. My experience and insight continue to shape the industry today as I currently serve on the Board of the Connecticut Mortgage Bankers Association. When I’m not talking rates, guidelines, or strategy, you’ll likely find me with my hands in the dirt tending my garden, tackling a new home project, or planning my next travel adventure. My husband, Mark and I live in Salisbury, Connecticut, and are proud parents of two grown children. Equal parts industry expert and life enthusiast, I bring energy, perspective, and heart to everything I do.
