My experience with Lee started off positive. He was polite and seemed genuinely helpful in the beginning.

However, when issues started to come up with my loan, including conflicting information and delays, the support fell apart. I was ultimately told the situation was “out of his hands” and referred elsewhere, without any follow-through to make sure things were actually handled.

At that point, I was left trying to get answers on my own while dealing with a situation that was already stressful and time-sensitive.

I understand that not everything may have been directly under his control, but I would have expected more ownership or follow-up given his involvement from the beginning.

Overall, while he was professional initially, the lack of continued support during a critical moment added to an already difficult experience.Read MoreRead Less
