I wasn’t going to try again and she had enough faith for both of us. My property was appraised at way more than I thought and now I can get my upstairs bathroom to finally function in my 1930 farmhouse. She is kind , considerate and she was willing to take a chance on me and when I was beat down, she became my energizer bunny! She believed enough for both of us. That being said on a personal level however if she wasn’t so smart and savvy in her field of financing ,I would have never got back on board.
