I would give Leo 10 stars if I could. He was excellent in every aspect of this process. Any questions I had he answered them fast and explained everything extremely well. He made every step of the process a breeze and I would recommend him for anyone looking to purchase a home.

I told Leo I had shopped the loan around several places already and wanted better rate and lower cash to close. But above all I had a VERY TIGHT timeliness and needed to close in right around 30 days,
He first told me, "this is going to be so easy, just wait and you'll see".. he was spot on, it couldn't...I'd give 10 stars if I could! Leo was such extremely helpful, understanding and professional!!!

He did get me a much lower rate than other as well as closing it in the timeframe I asked for! What a blessing!
During the process Leo went above and beyond to answer all questions and ensuring I was comfortable with all info. He even called me after hours I believe because I expressed i wasnt understanding something! Grade A representative of Rocket Mortgage!!!!
The only hiccup we had was Hurricane Helene which was out of everyone's control. Yet rocket did get everything sorted out in the aftermath very quickly! Luckily no damage to house in storm but trees did fall very close. FEMA mandated all closing be pushed until after storm since house was in a declared disaster area. The thing that set us back the 4 day was my attorneys biz was without power and internet and well as their bank. We closed 10/3 instead of 9/30 but it all worked out!
Whatever bad experience you hear of from rocket is either older or related to likely some odd circumstance. My attorney praised rocket also and stated he really loved to see RM lending because they close so effortlessly!!!
