Lisa was great. She followed up with answers to my questions. When I said I have to think about doing the refi, she said no problem, then when I decided to go forward with it, she jumped right in. My only issue, a minor one, was after I signed all the docs, I emailed her a couple of times and never got a reply. I got my answers by using your chat bot.
