Louis made the process easy and painless. I can't brag enough about how understanding, compassionate and helpful he was. Everything he told me that would happen work out the exact same way, he kept me informed everyday even on Saturdays. He answered every email and every question I had.

Louis was such a pleasure to work with. This was my first time working with Rocket Mortgage and I was very pleased with his knowledge (answering all of my questions in a timely manner) and his patience. I definitely recommend him and anytime I use Rocket Mortgage in the future or refer someone to Rocket Mortgage, I will definitely use him as my point of contact.

When I started this process I was a bit hesitant as in the past I had used a bank's loan officer. Louis, was very helpful and infomative in the process and that set my mind at ease. He helped me with the site when I first started the process and was there to help with any questions I had along the way. I would highly recommend anyone buying thinking about buying a home to contact Rocket Mortgage ...When I started this process I was a bit hesitant as in the past I had used a bank's loan officer.
