Unfortunately our experience with Lucas was disappointing. The entire process for our refi took over 2 months. When we started the process, Lucas did a good job communicating with us about all the documents needed. Once they were submitted (within 3-4 days), we seemed to have been forgotten by Lucas. There were problems scheduling an appraisal, updates that have to be made due to the type of loan ...Unfortunately our experience with Lucas was disappointing. The entire process for our refi took over 2 months. When we started the process, Lucas did a good job communicating with us about all the documents needed. Once they were submitted (within 3-4 days), we seemed to have been forgotten by Lucas. There were problems scheduling an appraisal, updates that have to be made due to the type of loan (which we were not aware of), and had to sign paperwork twice due to forms missing in our first closing process. Even though some of these issues were not directly related to Lucas, when we called or texted him needing assistance, we were told to use the help line. I just felt that if Lucas was our Sales Agent and got “credit” for the sale, he should be at our side throughout the entire process.
