I spoke with Lucas 3 weeks ago, hesitant to refinance my current loan as I was handcuffed to a low interest rate. He explained the benefits of reducing high interest loans and credit cards debt by refinancing and paying slightly more would pay the loan off in the same amount of time. Thanks to Lucas im closing tomorrow just 3 weeks later. Debt free is gonna feel great.
