When I reached out to Mabel she was most helpful. We were requesting a cashout refi. She guided me through the process and made it so easy. She is professional and kind. Thank you,

When I first reached out to Rocket Mortgage about my financial goal, Mabel continued to give me different options to reach it. When she ran the numbers, it was easier for me to choose the best option.

Mabel worked with me for over a year. I knew what I needed to have as far as a mortgage payment, and an interest rate. For a year, she would check in, we would review rates, and when I was ready to pull the trigger, she got me to the closing table!!

Mabel made my experience on my refinance seamless and stress free. She was updating me constantly and really showed she cared. She did an amazing job. More representatives need to be that way.
