Oh my goodness I am so happy I found this area to review Mike!!! Let me start at the beginning. 3 or 4 years back we started getting notifications in our mailbox about refinancing. I wasn't sure how it worked and I asked Wells Fargo, who bought our loan from Mortgage Advisory Group back in 2011, and even they could not explain it to me in a form I can understand. We never then refinanced. We were ...Oh my goodness I am so happy I found this area to review Mike!!! A co-worker of mine said he was refi'ed and it was awesome. I asked with whom he refi'ed with and he stated Rocket Mortgage (Kohl and Corissa Steinman- they referred me). So I asked him how he liked Rocket Mortgage and he said "If I would've known it was going to be easy I would've used them to get a loan when buying our home".
I am so happy we got to work with Mike. He was so patient and kind to an old woman who is not good with talking about finances and money. He ALWAYS got right back to me, and he ALWAYS kept his word, that is truly important to me.
Mike thank you so much for all you did for us (mostly me)... Thank you so much for easy to talk to and you also laughed at some of my really dumb jokes.
