Moe made the refinance process super simple. He was great at communicating during the whole process. He gave us a few options that fit our needs not just a package that is universal.

Friendly and knowledgeable overall, but slightly pushy with getting my to sign things before I was ready. At a certain point he just completely disappeared and passed me onto the next guy, leaving me with no clue who I needed to talk to. Wasn't impressed.
