My experience did not begin well with Maisee but was really transformed for an exceptionally positive experience when Brad Falk became involved. His customer service skills, expertise, follow-up, and attention to detail made Rocket Mortgage stand out among competitors! Thank you, Brad, for setting the bar high! You are a tremendous asset to Rocket Mortgage.

My wife and I just completed our re-fi this past week and had the distinct pleasure of working with Maisee! I 've read the numerous reviews others have mad about her and I echo the very positive sentiments provide by my "co-customers" - I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage and Maisee in particular!

This is my second refi with Maisee! She is on it and goes over and beyond to assist. I love that she has our best interest in mind. I will continue to use her in the future and I trust her with my friends and family. Thank you Maisee :)

Maisee was awesome! I remembered when I called rocket just to ask a few questions, it was Maisee that answered the call. I was inquiring about my HELOAN and seeing it was beneficial to refinance it to a lower term. She gave me two different scenarios and we agreed upon reducing my current 20 year loan to a 10 year loan. She saved me approximately seven years of my loan. If anybody gets a chance...Maisee was awesome! I remembered when I called rocket just to ask a few questions, it was Maisee that answered the call.
