Manny was patient as we switched from houses with lakes, mountain views, ect. Helped switch loan types, worked with us to understand what we could afford with out putting us in a position for Rocket to close and we are struggling. We really appreciate it. We found a house after what felt like a long search. Then Manny kicked into high gear. He helped us with all the tasks he could do for us on the loan, and made sure we got everything submitted on time to keep the process rolling. They are such a big company, we could feel their experience shining through the process. The hardest part was figuring out what house we wanted then it was so easy to get the keys with Manny's help. Thanks alot Manny!Read MoreRead Less

He even jumped in to help us on an issue right before closing even though he had handed everything off to the closing team.
