I would rate my experience 4.5 stars if half-star ratings were available. Manny was extremely helpful throughout the initial process and made everything clear and easy to navigate.

My only concern arose after the initial stages were completed. It became quite difficult to get in touch with Manny. My only concern arose after the initial stages were completed. It became quite difficult to get in touch with Manny. I had requested a slight increase in the loan amount after the appraisal came back and was informed that it would not be an issue. Unfortunately, the adjustment was never made, and I was unable to get any clarification on questions unless I contacted Rocket Mortgage directly.

Overall, the process was smooth and fairly straightforward. Despite the communication challenges toward the end, I had a positive experience and would recommend Rocket Mortgage to others.Read MoreRead Less

Manny is great to work with. He is always responsive and super helpful. I have worked with him on two separate occasions and in both instances he made the process so much easier for me and was there to answer any questions I had.
