Was unresponsive when called, won’t get the information when asked a question. We were left in the dark until someone else contacted us. This was by far the worst representative we’ve ever worked with at Rocket Mortgage. If we hadn’t had previously work with Rocket Mortgage we probably would have gone elsewhere due to this representative.
