Hello, I met Maria Ksar after my own mortgage company denied my cash-outrefinance, it was a weird moment in which I was very frustrated that my own company was not gonna help, and also, I was not anwsering any fone calls from any other company, there were too many, BUT, somehow i picked that call, from Brandon first, then he sent me to "Beautiful Maria", who within less than a minute convinced ...Hello, I met Maria Ksar after my own mortgage company denied my cash-outrefinance, it was a weird moment in which I was very frustrated that my own company was not gonna help, and also, I was not anwsering any fone calls from any other company, there were too many, BUT, somehow i picked that call, from Brandon first, then he sent me to "Beautiful Maria", who within less than a minute convinced me that I had a chance to get my deal approved, from then on she let the way, and when some bumps got on the way , her calmed, , composed, knowledgeable "voice" kept telling me that there was away to do this. My only issue, and it was "mine" was that i kept thinking the closing cash $$ would be included in the loan, I think it needs to be emphasized asap, and make sure costumers do understand it, being specific needs to be done very, early, but again, I blame myself for it. Anyway, "Beautiful Maria" was the reason I stayed, and trusted that things were gonna work out. I do thank her from the the bottom of my heart.
