Mario is outstanding in every way. He streamlined our refinance loan and the entire process was VERY customer-friendly. The use of an online processing center keeps you up to date, every moment - you just have to login frequently. Any "To Do's" are clearly visible and the mortgage team promptly addresses any concerns. Far superior by a country mile. The closing was seamless and Mario's initial estimate was within a few dollars of the final mortgage monthly payment. Well done and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rocket Mortgage to anyone looking for a stress-free, balanced mortgage refinance option.Read MoreRead Less

Mario was so patient and very clear and transparent threw out the entire process. I don't believe that we could have ever found a better agent then Mario . To put up with us for over a month and all the problems we had along the way he went above and beyond to make things happen the way we needed it to. The man knows is stuff . Thank you Mario , Rocket mortgage is lucky to have you
