Mario saved our home and process was very simple. Yes, online is not the same as one on one, but Mario was there every step. I never thought we can get a lower ARP, but Mario made it happen. He responded quickly to all my messages and kept me updated with the process. Along with that, he took the initiative to find a solution to a problem we came across and got me an even better deal.
