Marissa was very kind and gave us a few options with our refinance. We were looking to lower our rate and shorten our term. We locked in at 2.625% for 10 years. Marissa suggested that we use the equity in our home to pay of our rv loan which was 5% with 15 years to go. Not one bank that I was speaking to about refinancing offered that option.
