Rather, he guided us in the right direction, was diligent, and clear with what we needed to do to get to the next step. I will never forget one of the many phone calls we had and I began to cry on the phone as I began to think that home buying may have not been for us but MANY THANKS to Mark, he did not let us give up and reminded us that he will help us get through the hurdle! He explained what was going to happen in detail, got a list of what we needed to provide and was very professional, informed and just plain nice to deal with.
