Considering how leery I was to have to refinance I was surprised how quickly I was put at ease when interacting with Mr. Marsel Mezy (NMLS#3030). He guided me through the initial processes and things went more smoothly than I could have imagined. I had several questions which were sufficiently answered. I was never made to feel I was being rushed or pressured and felt empowered and well informed at every step. Even though I was not even near the midway point in this process I was so impressed by the professionalism of Mr. Mezy that I did not hesitate to provide a referral to and for a co-worker to give Rocket Mortgage a try. Even when Mr. Mezy was out -of- office he ensured I had a point of contact for any issues that arose during his absence. If I could sum up my interaction with Rocket Mortgage via Mr. Marsel Mezy I would say I experienced attentive and outstanding professionalism with unparalled customer service. Marsel was excellent, efficient and professional. In addition every encounter with any staff from Rocket Mortgage was the same level of excellence. Best of all, Rocket Mortgage does not sell your loan. Rocket Mortgage will notify you of lowered interest rates and re finance at no charge in the first six months if the rates drop enough to warrant that type change.
