I do not play well with institutions. For this reason not only was I skeptical of getting the refinance at all but I definitely didn't think it would go smoothly. Matt was a phone call away usually within minutes to answer any detail I found troubling. One ingredient does not a cake make but if other transactions are similar to mine, I highly recommend Matt and Rocket Mortgage to anyone.
