Hello Matthew, my experience with Rocket Mortgage was pretty good. My experience with Matthew was excellent. Unfortunately I went through several representatives of Rocket Mortgage before Matthew. A lot of information was lost in the process and I had to submit duplicate copies of several documents. I was promised a rate that I didn't get, but I am satisfied with the rate that I got.
