During the initial estimates Maurio did not explain the points and the amount I was paying. He initially just gave me an APR with purchasing a few points and not giving me the option if I wanted to purchase. I could have saved money going elsewhere and not paying 30K in fees. In addition, I called about the deed showing me as a married person and I was told It would not reflect like that on the ...During the initial estimates Maurio did not explain the points and the amount I was paying. In addition, I called about the deed showing me as a married person and I was told It would not reflect like that on the final paperwork however, it did.

Mauricio would return phone calls at the beginning when he requested paperwork. After he told he to contact the 800 number. I will not recommend Mauricio or Rocket Mortgage to anyone.Read More Read Less
