Max went above and beyond from Day 1. He actually reached back out to me when a lesser-experienced loan officer thought they couldn't help me. Less than a month later, and I'm closing on a refi with a REALLY great deal. Couldn't be more pleased with the customer service from Max and his team. Kudos!!

I really appreciated Max in processing my loan request with Rocket Mortgage. He was honest and straight-forward in his reply to my many questions and concerns. I had an appreciation of him before I knew if my loan would be approved or not. Also, he always returned my calls (I think) immediately. Appreciate you, Max. Keep up the good work!
