Max was outstanding to work with. After our first discussion about refinancing, he got back to me quickly and shared the options he found that would be best for my financial health. The process moved along at a fast pace and all of the necessary step were completed in a few short weeks. Max kept me informed every step of the way (daily or more often).

Max made our refinancing through Rocket Mortgage absolutely seamless. What a treat. We had some specific challenges, in that our house was in the process of being restored after a flood, but in spite of extra inspections and other loopholes, things went extremely well. Kudos to Max and his team!!

Great timely follow-up.

Things changed during the process because of the appraisal. I’m the end I got what I requested, but he did not breed confidence.

Overall he did a great job. When on the phone with clients. Never sue maybe. I don’t know. I’m not sure. Always say I will find out. It just sounds confident.
