Max was very pleasant to deal with and informed. Had a tentative approval on a refi loan in a matter of minutes. We were told their goal is to close within 30 days and we did.

Max was amazing. He made the process of obtaining a mortgage so stress-free. Excellent customer service. No matter how many questions I asked he always took the time to explain things to me. Based on my experience with max I will recommend any of my friends to do business with Rocket Mortgage.
