This score is way to low. Megan deserve a 11. Let me tell why I think Rocket Mortgage is a 10. Back in late March 2017 I talked to a bank about financing me home. I gave them everything they wanted then the headaches, tensions and sleepless night started. talking to 5 different people from 5 different states. missing doc. but they already had and then found. 3 different closing dates. finally we ...This score is way to low. Megan deserve a 11. Let me tell why I think Rocket Mortgage is a 10. Back in late March 2017 I talked to a bank about financing me home. I gave them everything they wanted then the headaches, tensions and sleepless night started. talking to 5 different people from 5 different states. missing doc. but they already had and then found. 3 different closing dates. finally we closed may 25.
Now let me tell you why I think Megan is a 11. When I talked to Megan it was like talking to a trusted friend. Never, did I felt being pressured. She explained all my different options (not like the other bank) made sure this is the way to go. Amazing she told me tell her what I needed and wanted to make sure I was ok with that or needed something else. She told me what she needed from us and we faxed everything. she told me someone will contact me if they need anything else but doubt it because we sent everything she asked for. I did get a called and he thanked me for the information and asked if I needed anything to call. Wow, didn't expect that. He and Megan checked make sure I did inspection and have my house appraise. Megan would call just to see if everything is going alright. The next call I got from Megan was she said all set you will be setting up the closing date. I asked her are you sure? When did we start the process. She said 14 days ago. OMG, I couldn't believe it no headaches, sleepless nights, Thank you Megan and Rocket Mortgage. I've been self-employed for over 40 years, never defaulted on anything, and lenders still make me feel unworthy of being extended credit...even when the property has more than 50% equity AFTER the loans.
