She was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely enthusiastic. Throughout the process she informed and kept us up-to-date. I would strongly recommend her to new Clients, we know that she would provide as high quality of service as she did for us.

Melissa was amazing! She was very approachable, very knowledgeable, and very diligent! I've had mixed results with other mortgage/loan specialists before, and I was hesitant to begin the refi process because of that. I'm happy to say that Melissa absolutely blew me out of the water and made sure everything was taken care of. She walked me through it all and had answers for all my questions.
