Merribeth is the best there is. She cares about the people she goes through the process with. I have used her a lot since 2003, including just 10 days ago. As long as she is doing loans, I will be her customer and no one else's. And now my son used her as well, so second gen with Merribeth. Excellent experience. She was always willing to help and answered emails quickly. Very honest, didn't tell me lies like other mortgage companies do just to get you to pay fees without knowing you will get the rate or approval. I've never left a refi or purchase feeling as satisfied as I did with Rocket Mortgage and Merediths was a big reason why everything went so well.
