The main problem that I had with Michael is that I told him how much I wanted to pay a month and how much I wanted to put down. Then I asked him what price range I should be looking for. I stayed below the range he gave me and when he sent me my initial price sheet, the down payment was about 10k more than I told him I wanted to put down.
