Michael was a joy to work with throughout this process, taking massive amounts of time with me going through documents and numbers, answering all my questions, and making sure I thoroughly understood the process, the vocabulary, and the financial situation.

When, with this knowledge, I made clear our constraints and where we did or did not have any give, he clearly outlined options available and went in search of more. He worked hard to find the package that would set us up for success. And this wasn't a matter of months - this was over the course of a few days!

We are over the moon for our new home and being homeowners period, a status we were unsure we would be able to achieve. We recognize Michael as a large part of this accomplishment.
