We were initially working with another lender when I applied for the pre-approval through Rocket to compare rates. Ultimately, the rates were comparable and our decision to go with Rocket was based solely on the exemplary service we have received from Michael. Michael is the absolute best!!! My wife and I are in the process on buying our first house and this process has been going smoother than we ever could have imagined it. His knowledge and his ability to be personable really made us feel comfortable with moving forward with the process. Michael really reduced our level of effort and he is the sole reason why we decided we didn't not need to look for any other lenders.
