She even went into the minutiae of so many options that I did not even know were available to me. She was far from overbearing and pushy. She was the complete opposite - kind, patient, willing to talk with me at a very rudimentary level (which is needed for me) to make sure I understood where I stood in this complicated process. I was so fortunate to be put in touch with Michele, as I have been blown off by every realtor and person in this profession - and other professions for that matter. She is a true gem and someone that is rare in this world nowadays. She actually takes the time to make sure that you are comfortable with moving forward and putting forth suggestions so that I can find the correct path forward for myself. I was shopping for a mortgage and a friend of mine insisted that I contact Michele Keating. I asked him why Michele and he said "you will have to see for yourself". I was purchasing a home in Virginia (just outside of DC) and contacted Michele. She was absolutely amazing!!!
