She was the complete opposite - kind, patient, willing to talk with me at a very rudimentary level (which is needed for me) to make sure I understood where I stood in this complicated process. I was so fortunate to be put in touch with Michele, as I have been blown off by every realtor and person in this profession - and other professions for that matter. She is a true gem and someone that is rare in this world nowadays. I was shopping for a mortgage and a friend of mine insisted that I contact Michele Keating. I asked him why Michele and he said "you will have to see for yourself". I was purchasing a home in Virginia (just outside of DC) and contacted Michele. She was absolutely amazing!!!
