There was one point where I was concerned about how the numbers would impact my monthly budget, and instead of rushing through it, he walked me through multiple scenarios so I could clearly see how each option would affect me over time.

That level of patience and understanding made what could have been a stressful financial decision feel manageable and well thought out. He stayed on top of every detail and was always quick to respond when I had questions, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. I truly felt like he cared about helping me make the right decision for my situation, not just getting the refinance done. Felt like every question we ask was replied with an annoyance response. With question about what we were told at the beginning versus the numbers at the end and gotten nowhere. Took forever to close because I couldn’t find someone to do our closing. Had to reschedule four different times just to get close. Worst experience ever!
