I can't really give Mitchell Any Stars at this time since it's been over 2 weeks since I left him a message that I received the remortgage paperwork. I have reached out to him today by telephone and have not received a return call as to the status of the remortgage. Maybe he's been in a accident and can not return any calls. The communication on and of without updates caused me to have to close twice, had to provide him the facts about VA loans and how I didn’t have to escrow. After he told me I had to. Over 2 months when it was said and done. Got it fixed but I had to initiate contact almost every time.

My experience has not been a great one! From endless of text back and forth. And playing phone tag! Mortgage Bankers should set a day and time to discuss information about the mortgage application.

I really didn’t want to hear “ I’m with other clients. You set a day and time for a discussion.
