He listens carefully, asks thoughtful questions and tries to understand the customer's total financial situation. He then comes up with a plan that fits it perfectly.

During the entire loan process he is constantly active and never rests; working with me and the Rocket team to fight for a better rate, a better term, a better structure. The structure he came up with is perfect and life changing for me and my family.

I have never met another mortgage person that was as professional, responsive, knowledgeable, caring, or emphatic as Moe. For the matter I have never met any business person that way!
