Moe did a good job explaining the loan and getting it done. My only complaint is that he or someone on his team did not get back with me when there were changes to the loan amount and interest points paid. I saw them on the final documents which caused some confusion.

Like so many of you, I filled out a form just to see if I could do better on my mortgage with another lender. We still had 7 years to pay on our mortgage plus several other large payoffs we were “trying” to pay off. What can I say that hasn’t already been said ? Moe was extremely helpful and very “human” through the whole process , from the simple online application process ( even when we experienced issues with our internet browser) right through the closing .
