When my realtor suggested Rocket mtg I replied that I had my own banking relationships. “We’re not using Rocket, we’re using Mo Hassan at Rocket”. I outwardly complied but also contacted my existing banks. Let me say I’m self employed, divorced with alimony, business loans, multiple revolving lines, oh and I was along one gone and buying two others.. an underwriting dumpster fire. I ahead have all my docs in order and Mo asked me for a laundry list right up front which I sent same day. Truth told Mo had me approved before “my guys” asked for their 3rd doc.
