He laid rhetorical details out in a straight forward and easy way so that everything was clear from the beginning and easy to understand. It was comforting to have him on the other end of the line while we submitted all the necessary paperwork. Then he told us what to expect and bid us farewell. We waited the allotted time and even a couple of extra days before contacting him about the delay only to find out we were missing paperwork he told us we did not need despite the site showing we needed it. We could not have seen this on the site bc it always showed as missing and he told us it wasn’t ever required. We still don’t know why we needed it. Once we submitted it, it was smooth sailing again but it delayed our closing by a full week.
