I spent six weeks in the process with another lender. They were so hide-bound over corporate policy, and their environment was a call center model (I never spoke with the same person twice). That's when I found Nate Dubber and Rocket. In fifteen days, we had overcome the same hurdles the other company would not, and we had a closing appointment. At this point, I received a notification from the other company informing me that the time window for resolving their issue had closed, and they would not be able to move forward. I laughed and responded that they were so slow that I had fired them two weeks before without telling them because I wanted to see how the process died.
