We didn't know where to start. Buying a home seemed so stressful. WE KNOW NOTHING ABOUT GETTING A LOAN OR BUYING A HOUSE! We checked out Rocket Mortgage online and within 30 mins, Nathan called. Honestly I have seen the commercials and I read alot of positive reviews, but felt the words were to good to be true. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I honestly could not believe it each day that my family and I were getting closer to purchasing a home. There were several requests for documents and verification that made me felt uneasy, but he was such a reassuring force that supported me throughout. He was always available and answered every question I had no matter if it was a question I previously asked before.
