Nic was great and personable at the beginning, but within the last 2 weeks of my rate lock did not reply to emails, texts, or calls and my rate lock expired. I ended up having to call Rocket customer service and a supervisor extended my rate lock. Only after I got in touch with customer service was he “somewhat” communicative via text. My last text he completely ignored. What I didn't like though is about the marketing gimmic to try sell it as if Rocket is presenting me this offer as part of a HUGE promotion. Nic has definitely gone above and beyond working through issues and as a go between with under righting.
A lot of others in his position in my past do their jobs and get what exactly as asked for.
