Not happy. Nick will have his excuse; you can see it in an email he sent. It was a CYA response to my complaint about lack of notice regarding interest rate increase. His email "implies" we had a "discussion", we did not (to my recollection) and I run two business's and only deal with written notice on important issues. That ship has sailed, unless Rocket will honor the original interest rate ...Not happy. Nick will have his excuse; you can see it in an email he sent.
