About Nick
With over 30 years of mortgage lending experience and a background in accounting and finance from the University of Washington Foster School of Business, I'm passionate about helping you achieve your dream of homeownership with as little pain and stress as possible. Throughout my career, I've held roles as a Loan Originator, Owner, Regional Vice President, and Area Manager for national lenders, but I'm now focused on what I love most: working directly with clients like you to make the mortgage process smooth and straightforward.
My team and I take a unique approach called "Front Loading" with the motto "The Need For Speed." We work with you upfront to collect all your information and documentation, then have an underwriter review and approve everything before moving forward. This means you'll know exactly what you're qualified for and can be confident the numbers work for your budget. More importantly, this process eliminates those terrible surprises that could derail your purchase and allows you to focus on finding the right home and closing on time with less stress.

We spend extra time and energy upfront making sure everything is vetted and approved, so you have all the information you need to make the right choices for you and your family.
