I'm sure Nick serves many Borrowers on a daily basis, but I honestly felt like I was his sole focus! He was always available for me, literally 24/7. In the very rare circumstances he was unable to answer my call, he'd always call me right back within a few minutes. I would email Nick late at night sometimes because of my crazy work schedule. I wouldn't expect him to reply to my night time emails until the next day during business hours, but he would surprise me with a reply answering whatever my current question or concern was. One of the most important things is that I trusted Nick. I trusted his judgment and also that he was honestly doing everything he could to get me the best deal.
