Nico was very nice and responded even during the weekend. However, I only went with Rocket Mortgage because I needed something fast. I only received one loan option and the rates and payment increased several times. The appraisal (set by Rocket Mortgage) was done incorrectly and undervalued the house by leaving off a full bathroom. When I notified both the appraiser and lender, nothing was done. ...Nico was very nice and responded even during the weekend.
