So Nico was very helpful on my refinance on my mortgage. My only complaint was I attempted to call him after we signed for closing as he stated to me that he was going to make sure I got 2 months of no payment's. Come to find out he was no longer employed with Rocket and I was told there was no way to get two months, only one which is fine. I believe there could have been a misunderstanding ...So Nico was very helpful on my refinance on my mortgage. Nico was very nice and responded even during the weekend. However, I only went with Rocket Mortgage because I needed something fast. I only received one loan option and the rates and payment increased several times. The appraisal (set by Rocket Mortgage) was done incorrectly and undervalued the house by leaving off a full bathroom. When I notified both the appraiser and lender, nothing was done. ...Nico was very nice and responded even during the weekend.
